PRESCRIPTIONS

 

With any workout regimen it is important to maintain proper form throughout all exercises. We have provided examples of the correct way to perform common exercises. If you have been assessed by us then make sure you know how to execute each exercise in the workout menu we send you each week prior to beginning your exercise routine. Please be aware that these are general exercise recommendations. It is important to speak to your physician or medical provider before starting any exercise program especially if you have any special needs or limitations.
